Choose what happens to a draft

The action selector shows what this item can do next. Keeping a draft leaves the published version alone; publishing makes the selected version available to the website after the change is saved and deployed. Your role and the item's relationships can limit the available actions.

Change or archive published content

A published item can have a newer draft while its published version remains available. Choose the action that matches whether you want to update the published version or withdraw it.

Restore an archived item

Archived items remain in history. Select an available restore action to return an item to an active stage.

Check what will be saved

The review shows pending actions and field differences before you save. Check each affected item, including changes in other open tabs. Errors block the affected save; warnings point out consequences to consider.
